Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website, and to manage access to your account, but will not be passed on to any third party unless expressly for the purposes of processing and delivering your order from us.
Each of our products is made to order, and usually goes into production within 48hrs after ordering, so if, for some reason, you wish to cancel the order please do so before this deadline.
We do accept returns in limited circumstances, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the issue.
Please also keep in mind, although the production and dispatch of an order are usually quite prompt, once the package reaches your shores it may be held up in customs. This can add significantly to delivery times depending on your local postal services.
We can usually track an order to have a good sense of where it is, so again, contact us if there are any queries.
